INGREDIENTS:

‣ 1 OZ SELVAREY WHITE RUM
‣ 3 OZ PINEAPPLE JUICE

METHOD:

  1. COMBINE OVER ICE
  2. STIR
  3. GARNISH WITH A PINEAPPLE WEDGE

COCONUT RUM

Fresh Coconut Water, Pineapple, Key Lime Pie, Tres Leches.

PIÑA COLADA

INGREDIENTS:

‣ 1 1/2 OZ SELVAREY COCONUT RUM
‣ 3 OZ PINEAPPLE JUICE
‣ 1 OZ CREAM OF COCONUT
‣ SQUEEZE OF LIME

METHOD:

  1. BLEND OR COMBINE IN A SHAKING TIN WITH ICE
  2. SHAKE & STRAIN OVER FRESH ICE
  3. GARNISH WITH A PINEAPPLE WEDGE AND A CHERRY

CHOCOLATE & CHILL

INGREDIENTS:

‣ 1 1/2 OZ SELVAREY CHOCOLATE RUM
‣ 2 SCOOPS VANILLA ICE CREAM
‣ HANDFUL OF CHOCOLATE CHIPS

METHOD:

  1. POUR RUM OVER ICE CREAM
  2. SPRINKLE CHOCOLATE CHIPS
  3. GARNISH WITH A CHERRY
