SENIOR LEADERSHIP
Raymond is a true leader and entrepreneur, who built the early beverage distribution business side by side with his father, Antonio Mancini. He learned from his father integrity, dedication, a strong work ethic and the adage “if it is to be, it’s up to me”. Raymond later diversified his model into other areas, including flooring distribution and real estate investment.COMMUNITY

Ken has dedicated his career to our beverage distribution business, getting his start in the warehouse and on the delivery trucks during high school and college, then moving successfully through the sales organization. Today, Ken is a third-generation owner, president and CEO committed to leveraging local market expertise and operational efficiency to deliver superior results.
Jackie Mancini is the SVP of Business Operations for Mancini Beverage. In this role, Jackie develops and implements strategic growth initiatives, including M&A and technology and leads organizational development, key relationship management, and operational integration. Further, Jackie leverages her prior experience in law to manage the organization’s legal matters. Prior to joining her family’s business, Jackie practiced corporate law in Providence, RI. Jackie earned her BA at Brown University and her JD at Boston College Law School. Jackie currently serves on the board of the National Beer Wholesalers Association.
Dan joined the Mancini team in 2018 as Chief Financial Officer and is responsible for the finance and purchasing organizations for all beverage operations. He brings 25+ years of experience from several industries and previously held roles in Finance/Accounting at Fleet Financial Group, Hasbro, American Power Conversion, Schneider Electric and most recently Alex and Ani. He received his BS in Accounting from The University of Rhode Island and MBA with a Finance concentration from Bryant University.
Frank’s experience and knowledge in the beverage industry runs deep. Frank got his start while in high school working as a part-time store clerk for a large retailer and after graduation was promoted to store manager. Frank began working in the wholesale end of beverage business in 1979, starting as a route salesman for Providence Beverage, then a wine sales supervisor, and eventually general sales manager of the Rhode Island Distributing division. In 1990 Frank became the head of Centrex Distributors. Today, Frank oversees the warehouse and delivery arm of Mancini Beverage, striving to provide excellent, accurate, courteous, efficient and cost-effective customer service. He earned a degree in Business Management from Roger Williams University. On his days off Frank enjoys working around the house, gardening, cooking and spending time with his wife, children and grandchildren.
Karen has been with Mancini Beverage since 1991, beginning her career as Assistant Office Manager and then working through several positions with various operational groups. Today, Karen is Vice President of Internal Operations with responsibility for key areas including Human Resources, Customer Service, IT and several others. Karen spent her undergraduate years at URI. She enjoys spending time with the family and the game of golf.
